Jouse Kouldelka, James Natchway, Bruce Davinson, Sergio Larrain.
Did you want to be a photographer since you were little or did you choose it later in life?
During my studies of film and TV, I realized I love photography very much.
What made you want to be a photographer?
I wanted to understand the world from the scope of a lens, as someone once said, "photography is a reflective window into ourselves.
Can you give us any information on your Polaroid project?
It's a project in progress about skateboarding and the urban spaces used for the sport, its a mosaic view of what its like to skate in the city.
Are the any current projects you're working on? If so can you briefly explain them to us?
As of two years I haven't been only doing photography, I've also begun directing for TV commercials part time.
Is photography your first passion or do you have another career?
Skateboarding, photography, and traveling are my three passions, and they mix quite well in my life.
What's your favorite genre of photography? Which genre do you dislike?
My favorite photo is documentaries or action sports. I don't really care for still shots of products or things like that.
I f you could work with a famous photographer who would that be?
James Nathway, he's an amazing war photographer.
What is the main message you try to convey in your photographs?
I don't have a single message in particular. I only photograph people who I don't want to forget, and moments that seem memorable. Perhaps I do what I do--photography--so that I can't ever forget.
